The Scope Of Inspection are the standards which home inspectors in BC must follow. They outline the requirements and expectations of the inspection so you know what you're purchasing and what you can expect in your report.
It's advised to read the entire scope prior to signing the inspection agreement.
The inspection agreement must be signed before the day of the inspection.
